With solid hitting and big play defense, the Lady Mavs outscored the Lady Red Devils 7-2 in Clinton. Amelia Gillentine hit two triples driving in 3 runs, and scored twice herself to lead the scoring for Mauldin. Clinton managed several base runners, but had trouble getting them across the plate.
