Junior Laura Simon - USA Swimming Scholastic All American!  

Laura swims for Mauldin High and is a year round swimmer with Y-Spartaquatics Swim Club.  MHS 2007 graduates Amy Moxie and Marc Herbert also received this award. This award is based on academic and swimming achievement from June 2006 thru June 2007 for students in 10th, 11th, and 12th grades. Results were just released, 38 swimmers from South Carolina received this award and over 1200 from the United States.

STRATFORD INVITATIONAL SWIM MEET WAS THIS PAST WEEKEND AT THE BEACH.  THE WEATHER WAS GREAT AND THE KIDS HAD A GOOD TIME.  WE HAD A STRONG SHOWING AND ENDED UP A CLOSE SECOND.
