After a week off due to inclement weather, the Mauldin D-Team met their neighboring rivals, Hillcrest, Tuesday and extended winning streak to 5-0. The rushing duo of Cam'ron Jackson and Jason Branham-King was too much for the Rams amassing 249 rushing yards between them and 2 TD's each. Stephen Bone added 98 yards through the air to 5 different receivers for another 2 TD's. Mauldin's defense totaled 45 tackles, 2 sacks, 2 interceptions and a fumble recovery to holding the Rams to two scores. James Snipes led the way again for the Mavericks with 14 tackles on the night.
